We want you to be completely satisfied with your PPHouse purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days of receipt.
Conditions for Returns
- The film must be unused and in its original packaging.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
Shipping Costs for Returns
- Defective or Incorrect Items: If the return is due to our error (defective product or incorrect item), PPHouse will bear the return shipping costs.
- Other Reasons: For all other reasons (e.g., changed mind, wrong model ordered), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
How to Initiate a Return
Please contact our support team at support@zxoffcial.shop with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions and the return address.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you and process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
